Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Lawyer to provide legal expertise, guidance, and support across a range of matters. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to deliver practical, high-quality legal solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate and timely legal advice to clients and internal stakeholders
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements
Represent clients in legal matters where required
Conduct legal research and stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
Communicate complex legal issues clearly and professionally
Maintain proper documentation and case records

Requirements

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized institution
Admission to the Bar and valid practicing certificate
3+ years of professional legal experience
Strong knowledge of applicable laws and legal procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High ethical standards and professional integrity
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

Experience in corporate, commercial, property, or technology law
Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution methods
Experience working with startups or digital platforms
Client-facing experience in a fast-paced environment
